Nova Castle Philosophy

Nova Castle’s philosophy is to provide a genuine and substantial difference to lives of those less fortunate in areas that the Nova Castle Delivery and Management Team have experience and understanding in providing. Nova Castle focuses on providing affordable accommodation to Australians in strategic areas for the rental market and the buyer’s market.

Nova Castle’s strategy will deliver affordable housing in a manner that respects the environment, address renewable energy incentives, personal safety, proximity to transport and employment. The strategy also includes an allocation of funds to various registered Australian charities to directly assist individuals that require care, respect, and advocacy.

The Nova Castle’s strategy is aimed at directly impacting the United Nations Sustainability Development Goals.
